Who I am, and Why do I do this stuff...
We are Rich and Rexie Carlson. He is a retired police sergeant and 9-1-1 commander from a suburban Chicago village, and counts amateur radio (N9JIG), scanner radio, rail fanning, aviation, highways and maps, and computers as some of his hobbies. He now works part time for Scanner Master selling and supporting scanner radios and co-hosts a weekly Facebook Live show on the Scanner Master Facebook Page.
She is a homemaker and crafter. She works with digital imagery, and is responsible for many of the photographs and images on these pages as well as the page layout and design. See Rexie's Web Page here.
Rich has been researching the highway numbering system for several years, and has spoken at several engineering conferences regarding his work.
He edits several ScannerMaster books, and is proud to be a director of:
